Just over a year ago, the COVID-19 pandemic changed how the world operates. Stores closed, employees set up make-shift home offices, and ‘Zoom’ entered common daily vocabulary. While many people worked from home, frontline workers remained at work and faced extraordinary workloads, aiming to protect public health. This program will discuss the role of frontline workers in a crisis, and how to best support and sustain essential personnel during challenging times.
