Mutual Agreement Between the Bienvenido Program and the Facilitator Northeastern Center, Inc.
- The facilitator may teach the Bienvenido Program curriculum after having successfully completed the facilitator’s training.
- The facilitator is required to prepare him/herself adequately before beginning the classes.
- The facilitator is required to stimulate the participation of the participants who take part in the Bienvenido Program.
- The facilitator is required to channel participants toward the appropriate agencies in situations which merit the intervention of a health professional.
- The facilitator is responsible for informing Northeastern Center, Inc. of his/her recommendations about the class format and content in writing to achieve an open dialogue.
- Each facilitator is asked to provide a Participant’s Manual to each person registered in a Bienvenido Program class.
- The material should only be used by facilitators trained by Northeastern Center Inc.
- Facilitators accept the responsibility of sending evaluation sheets to National Network to Eliminate Disparities in Behavioral Health to measure the results of the Bienvenido Program.
- Facilitators are only trained to teach participants, not to train other facilitators.
- I agree not to photocopy the Participant’s Manual and the Facilitator’s Manual, since this is an infraction of federal copyright law.
