Interactive U.S. Atlas of HIV/AIDS (posted 6/24)Posted: June 24, 2009
The Minority Quality Forum has created an online interactive atlas of the U.S. HIV/AIDS epidemic. This HIV/AIDS atlas maps disease incidence and prevalence, using zip-code-level data, enabling users to view and compare information graphically—nationwide, by state, by congressional district, and by state legislative district. The HIV/AIDS access has a function that allows users to display data based on gender, race, and age. Data is not available in all states and districts for certain populations.
