Description

Creating organizational change for cultural and linguistic competence (CLC) requires informed and effective leaders who can Stand UP! in a challenging environment. This intensive, interactive, hands-on training experience is designed to enhance participants’ capacity to promote and advance CLC in their respective settings. The content is designed both for participants who are new to the role of promoting CLC in their work, as well as for those who are more experienced. The Cultural and Linguistic Competence Pre-Institute held in conjunction with the 2012 Georgetown Training Institutes July 25-29, 2012.
